The office is located in the heart of London at 151 Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2H 8AL. We are close to four underground stations: Leicester Sq., Tottenham Court Road, Holborn and Covent Garden.

From Heathrow Airport, the fastest and cheapest route is usually the Piccadilly Line on London underground, direct from Heathrow airport to Leicester Square. Or take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington Station, from where you can either take a taxi to our office or take the underground line to one of the nearby stations.

HOT DESKS

Enterprise Ireland is pleased to provide Irish client companies with free use of a Hot Desk facility at our offices in central London. The hot desk area is located behind the reception area. There is also one small meeting room adjacent to the Hot Desk area. The hot desk and the hot desk meeting room must be booked in advance. There is no charge for using this resource, that can be booked in half day sessions.

The office can not be used as a registered office and we can not provide access to business centre facilities, such as printing.

There is a coffee shop next to the office, and dozens of options for food within a five minute walk.

MEETING ROOMS

Enterprise Ireland in the UK also has a range of meeting room that can be made available by prior arrangement for Irish client companies.  The meeting rooms are located inside the main offices, and so part of the working environment for the UK team.

There are two smaller meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.  The Munster room has two tables and 8 chairs, the Connaught room has one table and is suitable for 4, maybe 5 people. See photos below.

The Leinster room is our boardroom style room, and can accommodate 20 at a large table. The table can be removed and set up theatre style, in which case it can accommodate up to 50 people. We would need you to help move furniture and with room set up.

Wi-fi is available throughout the office and meeting room areas. There is no charge for using this resource, but we reserve the right to say no, and rooms must be booked at least 5 days in advance.

The office can not be used as a registered office and we can not provide access to business centre facilities, such as printing.

There is a coffee shop next to the office, and dozens of options for food within a five minute walk. If you are hosting a meeting that requires catering, you will need to make these arrangements.
